Where is She Now?
Many of you may remember our former Social Media Manager, Amy Brace, and may be wondering what she has been up to lately. Well, here she is!
Since Amy left ID Line, she has been hard at work developing her cupcake business, Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe.
Now, she is in the midst of construction on her new storefront in Hopkins, MN. With her upcoming debut in the retail world, we want to take a minute to congratulate her on this great new step in life!
As an upcoming retail store, Amy will utilize various methods to promote Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe in the months after her grand opening. Some of these methods will include, you guessed it, PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS! In a retail setting, items like giveaways, name badges, and decals are perfect ways to get your logo in front of more customers, furthering their relationship with your brand.
Let’s explore one of these promotional products a little further, shall we? Name badges are a great way to show off your brand in your store. With the close, personal interaction between employee and customer, a well placed, well made name badge is going to stand out. As you can see in the photo above, Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe features a blackboard wall that you can write whatever you want on with chalk. A cool way to spin off this store design would be to have all employees wear blackboard name badges!
What else can we think of? How about Re-Stick-Its?! Put your logo on a large Re-Stick-It with a blackboard artwork for a unique giveaway for your new and past customers! Useable with chalk markers or dry erase markers, these giveaway decals are sure to flow with the theme of the store!
How about one more idea? Table signs in a cupcake retail store are certainly a must. With a tasting table off to the side in Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe, she will want a creative way to mark it as “Reserved” when she has groups coming in to sample her products. Enter, blackboard signs! Put a logo at the top of a blackboard sign and write “Reserved” in elegant handwriting to show a table is reserved.
There you have it! Promotional products that flow off a design feature in a retail store! By taking a single design element in Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe, we were able to think up of creative ways to use promotional products to further enhance the customer experience in Amy’s new storefront!
While these products are only a small offering from ID Line, many other promotional products can be used well in a retail setting. In Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe, for example, souvenir cups and shirts for customers, and logo’ed pens and staff shirts for employees are just a few of the many promotional products that would fair well in her new storefront.
